The first word...

There is a lot going on in my little 'world'. The main reason for starting a blog is mostly for me to have a forum to record happenings and important events/things that I need to remember. I want to start by posting my frustration with the technology (or lack of) in my life. I WANT AN APPLE I-PHONE 4!! I know, I should have pre-planned the whole adventure and waited in line at the Apple store like the hundreds of other people on launch day, which was on July 30th, 2010 in Canada. However, I was not organized and I missed out on launch day and I have not had a solid plan to procure an I-phone 4 so I still don't have one. This is causing several issues for me:

1. I have an ipod touch and I am addicted to all of my applications but am frustrated that I am not 'connected' everywhere!
2. I want to blog, twitter & facebook whenever I want but I have an 'Android' wireless device and I am not fond of the apps and the data is expensive.
3. However, it has been two months since the launch of the i-phone 4 and there is already talk of an i-phone 5 being launched in the first quarter of 2011.

Since my wireless contract is going to expire in December, I am almost opting to wait for the new i-phone that will arrive next year. This way, I can probably purchase an unlocked i-phone 5 AND a new 7" i-pad and move to whatever wireless carrier is offering the lowest data prices.
